BAYSIDE BOARD MEETING
APRIL 2, 1991
A. CALL TO ORDER: 7:25 PM. April 2, 1991.
B. ROLL CALL: Chief Earl Smith, ScdttiArndt,John Shank, Vern Berns and Charles
Lorenson.
C. AGENDA: Approved.
D. MINUTES: Accepted.
E. VISITORS: Andy Nault.
F. FINANCIAL REPORT: We have not yet received money from the Borough.
G. AWARDS DINNER: Chief Smith discussed the Banquet that will be held on
April 13, 1991, at the Westmark. Board passed unanimously.
H. 91-92 BUDGET: The Board discussed the 91-92 Budget and made neccesary
adjustments to it. The Board moved to have a Public Hearing
on 91-92 Budget. Passed unanimously.
I. CHIEF'S REPORT: Chief discussed the new recruits and pagers. The new
Volunteers are on line now.
J. VISITORS COMMENTS: Andy spoke on the Chief's Conference and the insurance
of our areas. He discussed the Workmans Comp for our
Volunteers.
K. BOARD COMMENTS: None.
