A. CALL TO ORDER: 7:38 PM. April 2, 1991.
B. ROLL CALL: Scott Arndt, Bill Swearinger, Vern Berns, John Shank and Charles
Lorenson.
C. AGENDA: Accepted.
D. MINUTES: Approved.
E. FINANCIAL REPORT: None.
F. VISITORS: Andy Nault.
G. BUDGET 91-92: Bill made a motion to accept Budget as presented. Charles
seconded. Passed unanimously.
Scott opened Public Hearing for 91-92 Budget. Board discussed
Budget.
Roll Call Vote: Scott, YES. Vern, YES. Bill, YES. John, YES.
Charles, YES. Motion carried unanimously.
H. CHIEF'S REPORT: Chief Smith was ill so Scott spoke on his behalf.
John made a motion to send two (2) people to the Ninth (9th)
Annual Fire/Arson Seminar in Fairbanks. Charles seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
Bill Weaver and Scott Arndt will be attending the seminar.
(Scott abstained from voting)
I. VISITORS COMMENTS: Andy spoke on the happenings of the department.
J. BOARD COMMENTS: Scott reported that the Banquet had a good turn —out and
fun was had by all!!
