A. CALL TO ORDER: Called to order by President Scott Arndt at 7:34 PM. Jan.22, 1991.
B. ROLL: CALL: Chief Earl Smith, Vern Berns, Scott Arndt, Bill Swearinger and John
Shank.
C. AGENDA: Approved.
D. MINUTES: Approved.
E. FINANCIAL REPORT: Still does'nt show the $10,000.00 from Borough. John moved
to acknowlege receipt of Financial Report. Bill Seconded.
F. OLD BUSINESS: Dicussed Annexation.
G. CHIEF'S REPORT: Twelve going through recruit training.
H. NEW BUSINESS:
1. PICK-UP: John moved to purchase 91 3/4 Ton Dodge (stock 11648) from Kodiak
Auto Center for $17,500.00. Bill seconded. Passed unanimously.
2. BUDGET PREP: Bill moved to raise call out from $10.00 to $15.00. John
seconded. Passed unanimously. Effective January 1, 1991.
