The School District would pay for the printer on a pro —rated use basis. Pam Hummell has lent the Borough her personal IBM PC for testing potential software for the engineering department. Her PC does not have enough memory for the applications so the committee agreed to purchase the additional memory. Discussion then turned to the Data Processing Use Agreement. Phil suggested that a plan similar to the receptionist billing could be worked out. Noreen also suggested that an hourly rate or a monthly fee could be developed that take all of the charges into account. The changes need to be discussed now for next fiscal year and the budgeting process. It was agreed by the committee that the use agreement needs to be reviewed annually. Joyce reported that the systems analysis would be completed on December 19* 1983 and a report would be made to the School Board on January 10, 1983.
