COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE. - In order to do the best job possible in developing a comprehensive Borough personnel policy, the committee members agreed that it will take plenty of time to study and explore the various facets that could be adopted into such a policy. Because of this, the members mutually agreed that they support the Borough Manager's efforts in providing a cost of living allowance for Borough employees now, as the effect of this committee would take some time.
