Members present: Mathesp Reyesp Rdp;ey, Kortlevert Cobisp with Green excused absence.
Minutes read and accented for Special Meeting of October 26, 1983
Appointments: Pat Reiland was appointed by unanimous vote to fill seat vacated by Dave
Geddes. Chairman will notify Borough Diana.-er.
Old Business:
1- Culvert replacement at lot 1A. Block 7 completed by Contractor.
2- Kortlever will carry on with negotiations with the Borough and Brechan Ent.
3- Flooding problem at entrance to Sargent Creek Rd. re„-dr_ed. Chairman will direct
a letter of tha..:zks to our benefactors.
4- Rippey re;orte(I on Birch Circle and upon his recomendationp Rippey moves to have
contractor rent the ri l-er "-t and modify the ditches on Birch Circles Mathes
seconds, vote unanimous.
IOW Business-
I- Mathes re_oorts that Mr. Sikora complained that his property is being flooded by
our road, Mathes will investigate and contact Borough Engineer if necessary.
2- Kortlever reported that his driveway was destroyed by uncontrolled runoff from
Kalsin Drive. Chairman needs to look into possible liabilities.
3- Reort on Insurance for the Firehousep Firetruck, and. Firefighters will have to
wait on more information. Borough still only has a Binder.
4- Our attempt to get "Fire in Womens Bay Area .......... 91111 in the 1984 :honebook
may have been too late, but they promised to try to slip it in.
5- Communications statu will be discussed at Bayside, meeting 'lec 6, 19839 6:3011.M.
6- Doorlocks can be changed or worked on by us now.
7- Use Agreement for "irehall/,^.ommuni'.y Canter was discussed by members and the Comm-
unity Council represented by John Bealeyp Ed Gondek, Kathy Morey and Peggy Pryor.
They agreed to simple procedure that will be amplified when made necessary by
increased use. Thy elements of the procedure will m nsist of:

b- Firefighting and associated activities will have Top Priority
c- Governing Boards will have second priority
d- Non-profit organizations open to the residents of Women -

Chairman of Se -vice District will draft Use Agreement incorporating the above items

New Business:
8- Ditch cleaning has been temporarily sucessfuls, but solid rock in ditch is a prob-
lem, we will investigate the desirability of rals.i:_r; a, section of road. A culvert
is needed therey but in keeping with agreement with Mr. Lochman ( see Appearances)
we will wait so that we may be able to coordinate efforts as he is doing the
drainage on his subdivision.
Appearances: Mr. Lochman and his contractors Mike Anderson
Mr. Lochman is trying to meet us halfway as he works on his subdivision and would like
to coordinate his efforts with our efforts to fix the drainage problems on Kalsin DR.
We agreed to cooperate and set up a. Work Session on -site Sunday December 49 12:00 `.I.
