Minutes read and accented for Special Meeting of October 26, 1983 Appointments: Pat Reiland was appointed by unanimous vote to fill seat vacated by Dave Geddes. Chairman will notify Borough Diana.-er. Old Business: 1- Culvert replacement at lot 1A. Block 7 completed by Contractor. 2- Kortlever will carry on with negotiations with the Borough and Brechan Ent. 3- Flooding problem at entrance to Sargent Creek Rd. re„-dr_ed. Chairman will direct a letter of tha..:zks to our benefactors. 4- Rippey re;orte(I on Birch Circle and upon his recomendationp Rippey moves to have contractor rent the ri l-er "-t and modify the ditches on Birch Circles Mathes seconds, vote unanimous. IOW Business- I- Mathes re_oorts that Mr. Sikora complained that his property is being flooded by our road, Mathes will investigate and contact Borough Engineer if necessary. 2- Kortlever reported that his driveway was destroyed by uncontrolled runoff from Kalsin Drive. Chairman needs to look into possible liabilities. 3- Reort on Insurance for the Firehousep Firetruck, and. Firefighters will have to wait on more information.
