1982-11-23 Regular MeetingArchitectural Review Board - Minutes- November 23, 1982 The Architectural Review Board met at 7:30 P.M. on November 23, 1982 with the following persons present: Wayne Coleman Ron Chase Lou Schneider Art Bors Scott Arndt Jim Olson John Witteveen Ed Kozak Dave Waldron The three firms previously short listed for the High School Locker Room Project were ranked in order of priority as GDM, Ellerbe and CTA. The question of the status of legal action involving CTA was raised, Dave Waldron explained that the Borough Assembly would make the decision at the time of any proposed award. Jim Olson made the motion seconded by Ed Kozak that the following list of firms be recommended for selection for accomplishment of small projects: GDM (Studies $ Arch.) Paul D. Selberg (Arch. $ Parks) Ellerbe (Full Service) Fryex,Pressley, Eng. (Mech/Elect) ECI-Hyer (Studies $ Arch.) Shanlion $ Wilson (Soils) Lane -Knorr -Plunkett (Full Service) R $ M (Soils) CTA (Full Service) Scott Arndt made the motion seconded by Ron Chase that the firms be listed in alphabetical order as a priority listing. Selberg Shannon $ Wilson Motion by Ron Chase seconded by Scott Arndt that the Borough Building Residing Project colors be recommended as Fuller -O'Brien Warm-Glo #645-11 ST with Fuller-OBrien Sierra Madre 645-06 ST as the trim. Passed. The Facility Coordinator status report was reviewed. Architectural Review Board Architectural Review Board - Minutes - November 2, 1982 The Architectural Review Board in the Borough Conference room. attendance: David Waldron, Art John Witteveen and Ed Kozak. met at 7:30 p.m. on November 2, The following persons were in Bors, Scott Arndt, Jim Olson, John Witteveen made a motion seconded by Jim Olson that the Board recommend awarding the Borough Building residing job to L.G. Schneider and Sons for $43,224. Motion passed. John Witteveen made a motion seconded by Scott Arndt that action be deferred on awarding the Hospital Alteration Project until we obtain a full cost estimate. Motion passed.
