Visitors: Phil Ausman, and we let him go first. His problem is that we had a
culvert installed improperly a couple years ago, and it has become a
drainage problem. He reconvends that we move the culvert and do a
little ditching. Discussion followed, and resulted in: Cobis moved
to upgrade Women Bay Dr. from approx lot 15A to lot 17, this to
include culvert removal and/or emplacement, ditching, and working
on the seep in the road at lot 17. Gondek seconds, vote unanimous.
Thank you Phil, for drawing our attention to it.
