Cobis moves to replace 101 CPT in front of lot IA, Block 7,.with 36t, CmP
in order to relieve floodi.n;; when it rains, Schaeffer seconds, vote unan—
imous.
Reyes moves to M replace destroyed hood —stave culvert on Russian Creek
side, near lot 9—A, with 2411 CJP. Green seconds, vote unanimous.
Rippey will see our contractor about the above two Cobs, and push for
completion as soonm as possible.
Cobis will see Crowe about ongoing flooding probIrm at Sargent Creek Road
and the Chiniak Road. Flooding definitely originates. on USCG property.

The Road/Fire Service District hereby comnlains to the Borough Assembly on
tha total inaction by the Borough Engineer in the matter of a hazourdous
driving condition on Sargent Creek Road. / We have been waiting almost a
year for a statement frorA the Boro Engineer deciding who will be respon—
sible for the upkeep on a section of illegally paved road, since the Rosd
4 Fire Service District car -not accept this section of paved road as their
responsibility, we would appreciate it if the Borough would stimulate theft
Engineer to coma up with a solution before someone is killed, Schaeffer so
moves, Reyes seconds, vote unanimous,
Cobis moves to remove Dave: Geddes from the Service District board in light of
his consistent failure to attend meetings, as documented in our mj=tes.
