Seconded by Cobis. Vote Has unanimous, It was established that the Chairman is responsible for informing members of meeting dates and times. Lund was not notified of the October 2'meeting, Moved that Mathes will contact Crowe to contact Paul Peterson of A D F&G, TO INSPECT job at main road. Must be done by Friday. Seconded by Lund. Vote unanimous. Discussion of flooding in Sikorass yard. Crowe stated this is due to tax Sikorasa low ground and not our problem. Motion made that Mathes will contact Dieter to clean out culvert on Wien Bay Me Lund seconded. Vote unanimous. Mathes moved to inform Borough Manager and Engineer that when our new appropiation Sim initiated we would like it all( $77,939) transferred to our operating fund. Schaeffer seconded, vote unanimous. Cobis moved that proposed new wording in Section 1.01 of our contract be changed to read • for any proposed project with an estimated cost of $5,0W or more, the Service District will have option to advertise for competitive bideem Schaeffer secondeds vote unaniranus. Lund will contact Boro Manager as to rewording of contract. Schaeffer moved to guarantee if contract changed to our choice 'of wording all options on competitive bids will be subject to vote by Service District Board. Coble seconded., vote unanimous. Cobis moved to formally notify Crowe of cancellation of job at Noch Dr. and Panasaroff Ck. Dr. until spring. Mathes seconded., vote unanimous, Lund will notify Crowe. Culvert buried by K.E.A. at Lot 9s Russian Ck. Subd* has been rectified by g.S.A. Now Business., Schaeffer moved to invite to next meeting anybody interested in serving on soon — to be expanded Road —Fire Service District Board. Cobis seconded., vote unanimous.
