Special Meeting - September 1, 1980
The meeting was called by chairman, Harry Lund.
Mr. Lund gave a budget report: we received federal revenue sharing of $28,443.50.
The present balance is $62,000 including federal monies.
Glenn Mathes gave a report on past road committee and Borough meetings.

New business: According to Borough ordinance we need a vice -chairperson.
H. Lund nominated James Cobis. Mr. Geddis seconded the motion and was
carried unanimously.
Discussion on driveway culvert 20' x 18". As ditching progresses we will
ditch driveways on roads being ditched if land -owner will buy culverts.
We will install at same time to continue upgrade of road system.
Was mentioned by J. Cobis and G. Mathes that the Borough Mayor suggested
ditch driveways on land -owners who will not buy driveway culverts to facilitate
road maintenance and upgrading.
Suggested culvert order 80-004 fill van with: 24" x 201, 24" x 15' and
18" x 20' driveway culvert.
James Cobis moved for adjournment... seconded by D. Geddis. Carried unanimously.
