Chair Report:
1) Letter from Brechan Ent. on Road Prep for upcoming pav-
ing project.
- cost is within guidelines
- 12" driveway culverts should read 18"
Old Business:
1) Cobis moves to adopt Driveway Culvert policy that encom-
passes the following points, with case by case approval
of Road Service Board required:
- we will supply and install 20' of 18" driveway culvert
for each lot
- our Contractor will do the installing, to our specs
- a Residential Building permit must be in effect for the
lot in question
- if more than 20' of Driveway Culvert is required or
desired by the lot owner, the owner is responsible for
_ extra materials and labor costs
- we will develop a standardized form

New Business:
1) The end of Sargent Ck Rd from the end of the Bells Flats
Subd to the parking area for Jack and Lee Lakes:
- Williams moves to approach Borough Staff on the possi-
bility of adding this piece of Road to the Womens Bay
Service District. Gondek seconds, vote unanimous.
Chairman will approach Mayor.
2) Williams moves to appoint Dick Perkins to fill Comstock's
seat until the next regular election. Gondek seconds,
vote unanimous. Secretary will prepare a letter to the
Mayor and Assembly.

Bids for paving go out next week

C.M.P. and road widening work on three
sections of road
to be paved will start soon

Trees that have to be cut will be marked,
and warnings to
residents will be broadcast oxer local
Radio stations.

We will put up a map at the Firehouse

work being done on roads, this will be

6) We need a rough estimate from our Contractor for consti-
tuents who may desire more than 20' of driveway culvert,
and want to know in advance what it will cost them.
7) Make a special effort to keep the public well informed -
during the work being done this summer. If possible, all
questions should be routed through Chairman.
8) Need to coordinate with Bob Boyd on hooking up South
Russian Ck Rd paving to Chiniak Highway.
Next meeting: July 10, 1986, @ 7:30 P.M. Prepare for bi-
monthly meetings during paving project and prep work.
