Subsequently, this larger tree is now leaning at an angle against a smaller tree. It is just a matter of time until the wind blows this larger tree down and when it falls, it will hit the electric power lines crossing the road near our front driveway. My husband would cut the tree down but the angle at which the tree is leaning can not be corrected without the use of equipment. Since this tree is on the property line and the roots were cut during utilities installation, I am requesting the service district to provide some assistance in cutting the tree. Thank you for taking this request under consideration. Sincerely, Shirley M. Berns 4207 Cliffside Road (Post Office Box 4192) Kodiak, Alaska 99615 L ( Li Service District 1 Advi.-.)
