The Borough Engineer called the Borough Office and noted that the public right -of --way from Port Lions to the Subdivision had not been dedicated and further felt that without this dedication the final approval could not be given. The Commission members discussed this and they were of the opinion that the causeway could not be made public by a deddcation and that entrance into the subdivision would be taken care of by dedication of the public streets into said subdivision. i.'he Comission further requested that a letter be written to Port 'Hakefield indicating dedication of the streets and roads for the subdivision. Mr. 17allace moved for approval of the final plat for Wakefield Subdivision upon receipt of a letter of dedication for public access into the Subdivision.
