It was pointed out that this matter had been discussed at great lengths at the previous meting and ratification of the work session had been clone. The letter from the school was noted for the record- stating that the School Board was in agreeance with the lots to be set aside as future school site. The question was called for and the motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. VII ZONING ITEIS KIBS272656 A. It was pointed out at this time that the map needed a few more areas brought up to date. The map was studied and noted that Tract A Of U.S. Survey 2538 and Survey 1396 were thought to be part of the water reserve, however if thGs were not the case they should be zoned reeidewt3wl The area, Unit 5 Kadiak, formerly zoned industrial was to be included in the rural residential and it was felt that this could be changed at a later date if the public so desired. The lot near the water front, occupied by the Post Office and the Elks should be classified as Business. The area on Near Island not intended for Business or industrial shall be zoned rural residential. All other areas along the water front will remain the same just changing the terms to agrees t th the proposed ordinance.
