The meeting was called to order by Mr. Haney, Acting Chairman at 7:35 p.m. in
the Offices of the Kodiak Island Borough,

Mr. Scott were present clarify -tze platting of this particular subd-47ision.
This plat was made in or'1er to place on record the lots as they are now
existing. The plat had been reviewed by the Borough Engineer and several
points were brot:gi_t out -- the fact that both lots 1 and 2 should be shown on
the plat ;;_r entirety; grandfather rights do not carry over into a re -
subdivision a_n_:'i minima.: lot ar^.a for unclassified is 40,000 sq ft, It was
further suggested that the street be widened if at all possible and that a
cul-de-3ac ;_ould be pro7idr_d for turn -around area on the rear. iThe final
plat should show limits of the water li:_e (i_t was noted that Mr. Scott is in
the process of filling in t.is area i^ the bac),`; areas of all lots; city
