REGULAR MEETING - OCTOBER 21, 1964
The meeting was called to order in the courtroom by Chairman Johnson at 7:35 p.m.
The minutes of the Special Meeting September 21, 1964 were considered and approved as
read.

request from Mr. Billimek to construct a. warehouse on Lot 31 and 32B, Airpark Subdivision
. 1 was read. After discussion Commissioner Franklin moved that if Mr. Billimek obtains
the signatures of all property owners within 300 feet of his property boundaries as non -
objecting, the Commission would probably look favorably on an exception. Seconded by
Commissioner Kraft and unanimously carried.
A letter from Donald $. HIggins owner of Lot .15, Block 16 Kodiak Townsite requesting that
all of his lot be classified either residential R-3 or Business was read.
Commissioner Lame moved that the entire lot be classified as R-3. Seconded by Commis-
sioner Franklin and carried unanimously.
A letter from the Borough Assessor concerning a complaint by Jess Ballard that a trailer
was being placed on Lot J of the Holland Estate was read. A warehouse -apartment exists on
this lot and a house foundation has been started. The Zoning Map was approved October
lst and the trailer was moved onto the lot, approximately, October 5th,
Commissioner Duros moved that since the trailer was moved onto the lot after the metro-
politan Zoning Map was approved and is in clear violation of Section 3 of the Zoning
Ordinance, that the Borough Chairman be requested to take the necessary action to correct
the situation. Seconded by Commissioner Kraft and passed unanimously.
maissioner Lame asked concurrence that the chairman meet with the Borough Chairman
clarify the routing of such matters as the LeGrue ship for example.
A preliminary plat for the Naughton resubdivision of Lot 1, U.S. Survey #3462 was pre-
sented. It has been reviewed by the Borough Engineer.
Commissioner Anderson moved that preliminary approval be granted contingent upon comple-
tion of water and sewer as previously committed. Seconded by Commissioner Duros and
carried unanimously.
Commissioner Anderpon moved that the Borough Attorney be asked for an opinion as to
whether or not the Borough can pass a building code and require building permits and if
so that this body take action to draw up the necessary ordinances. Seconded by Commis-
sioner Duros and passed unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
