hearing was opened for audience comments. Convent was reiade on Clare
access to his home. Mr. Jeffers stated that mutual agreement had been
reached. A letter was read from the City of 11'I'Lodiak objecting to proposal
of vacation of Street. lvhr. Jeffers stated he would give the piece of
ground that is now being used as access. 1-1oi was race by Commissioner
Best to approve subject to dedication of access and withdrawal of objection
from the City. Seconded by Conimissioner Urie. I -lotion passed unanimously.

opposing this exception was read. Hopkins Construction Co. was in favor

Chairman Cornelius mentioned attorneys letter referring to spot zoning.

this subject. Me stated he wanted 3 because of the dire need for homes
and living quarters as everyone is aware of this.. He stated he has ample

zones. Further discussion was held. Notion by Comdssioner Best to
recommend to borough Assembly that request for rezoning be approved.
