After discussion, Comr scion+ r Duros moved to approve variance. Commissioner
Anderson seconded and voice Grote was unanirelously favorable.

approval to locate two trailers on Lot D, USS 3462 foruse as housing for
Construction workers was read. Cotes s ioner Kraft moved for approval for a
period of two years from k larch 27, 1964. providing sanitary requirements are met.
Seconded by Commissioner . uelson. Voice vote was unanm*ylous in approval.
D. Kodiak Bible Chapel esleasingJand. A letter was read state that lots
and 6, USS 3511 were their First choice, second choice lots 4 aid 5, and
third choice, lots 3 and 4, all in USS 3511. Connissioner Anderson moved that
approval be given for lots 5 and 6, USS 3511. Cou.ssioner Cornelius seconded.
Approval was given by unanimous voice vote.
E. United Pentecostal Church e nest - leasing -land. It was stated by the Fastor
that the Church had made every attempt to purchase private land, and that the
-Church would build a new building n the property, if approved for leasing.
Borough Engineer Barr presented a legal description of are area, in US 3511, which

that he wished the above lot rezoned from residential unclassified to
co .mercial so that he + could build a building valued at $34,,000. Ur. Lie
advised applicant of proper Procedure through public hearing. A motion
to grant a Public hearing on the meeting of July 7 was made by CoMMISS oner Duros.
Seconded by Conmuissioner Anderson and voice vote was unanirrious in approval.
