Hem= Vest prelu'A'nary subdivilsion request was presented. The Commission concurred that the
preliminary plat,, as corrected by J. Fawcett., be pproved subject to E-5 of the Subdivision
Eugene Hollartd prelim' subdivision request was presented, Commissioner Kraft moved that
the preliminary plat as presented be approved. Seconded by Conwa'ssloner Duros. The motion
was carried.
The Dqnald Erdman request regarding placement of Jack Rogers' trailer on Lot 61 URS.So 3101
was presented. 2 Commissioner Lie moved that the request be granted for temporary placement
not to exceed/37ears from 3/27/64 provided proper sanitary requirements are
e met as in previous
temporary permits , Seconded by Commissioner Kraft. The motion was carried,.
Letter from B.E. Nachtweih was read. The Commission concurred that the Borough Office answer
the letter, calling her attention to the Subdivision Ordinance, Zonis Ordinance and Land Use Map
Regarding Item 5 on the agenda, "does the P & Z Ordinance affect people in areas that have
already been subdIvided on undersized lots or whether the Grandfather Clause prevails and
at effect does change of ownership have on this1f, attention was called to 3rd paragrph
p4ge 2 of the Attorney's opinion dated November 13, 19640
Regarding item 6. on the agenda, "does the City have the right to issue building permits".
the Coumission concurred that this was a matter for the Borough Assembly to take up as
was adoption of the National Building Code, National Electric Code, and the National
Plumbing Code were adopted by reference by P & Z and referred to Borough Assembly for

Regarding item 7 on the agenda, "can an individual build on a lot or lots which now have
less than 7,2W square feet of b - uilding area due to acquisition of a portion of their
1 by the Highway Dept. for the new roadit, the P & Z Comission also referred this to
Attorngy's opinion of November 13., 1964 which answers this question provided the land is
within the City.
Par=pf Heights Subdivision, Addition No. 1, preliminary plat was presented by
fir * Lou naberry. Commissioner Lamme moved that tie prelixuiriary plat presented be rQferred
to the Borough Engineer and Borough Attorney and Fire Chief for their consideration aM
recomwndations particularly with respect to Adequacy of access for fire protection
purposes; playground arola; question of existing graves; possibility of continuation of
Maple Street. Seconded by Conmaissioner Franklin, The motion was carried.
C Unance No. 65-2 was presented. Commissioner Franklin moved that the same be referred
the Rorough Assembly for adoption,. Seconded by Commissioner Duros. The motion
