4. The subdivider concurs with the 601 right-of-way plus 201 construction
slope casements and future extension of Larch Street.

followed.
The subdivider stated that he would maintain t ' he streets until the area came
into the city or unless another agency would be found that would maintain -

Engineer Barr requested the Commission's attitude regarding expeditious

A discussion of sanitary problem involved in the outlying districts was

in the Erskine Subdivision and wished to construct a fourplex.
A discussion followed and he was referred to his original deed covenants and
the Borouoh Attorney.
