Engineer Barr presented the Prel-Lnu[nary- Plat for Blocks 4,5,6, and 8 of the Urban Renewal area shown on drawing number AHk650215BO. Seconded by Commissioner Duros and carried. Al Borton's building request -has returned because of a lack of information and drawings regard-Ing the proposed bulilding,, The Commission requests that Mr. Borton be present to answer questions at the next meeting. A lektter from Mr. Sickl!as, State Sanitarian, regarding Herman Vest's Lot 12, USS 3101 was read. Mr. 'Vest will have to resubmit a subdivision to meet the requirements of Mr. Sicklesletter before further consideration by the CoMnission. . Mr. Lou Hopkins was present requesting information and attitudes with regards to a 42 unit apartment development an Lot 28 of ASS 3098.
