Commissioner Kraft seconded and carried unanimously, A letter from Eugene and Let1tia. Harding proposing to make a six trailer court of Lot 1 Survey No. 3099 with 40 x 80 foot lots, septic tanks and private wate was read. The board concurred to table this request until they appear in person and with a plan of their proposal, The Preliminary plat for Block 2, New Kodiak Subdivision was presented and discussed. Commissioner Kraft moved that the Commission grant preliminary approval. Commissioner - Franklin seconded and carried unanimously. Harold Naughton appeared to request that the requirement for a bond for construction of the water and sewer be waived. SBA funds will not be released until the final plat is approved on their subdi-vision of Lot I USS 3462, Commissioner Kraft moved that the Commission recommend to the Borough Assembly that the bonding requi-remeat be waived since SBA funds have been committed. Seconded by Commissioner Duros and carri-ed unanimously. Wayne Kotula appear requesting a variance in the zoning for Block 6. New Kodiak Subdivision permitting location of the Kodial Mirror in this block. Since this would be required in either of his locations, the Commission felt there would be no problem involved. By concurrence the Commission established that they would normally not waive the requirement for locating buildings and proposed roads on subdivision of less than three lots.
