All parking areas that adjoin a residential Zoning district shall be separated from the residential zoning district along side and rear lot lines by a sight - obscuring four -foot solid or natural barrier." On the site plan I have attached above, there is a reference for a 6' fence to be installed along the entire boarder. Is this still the plan? Or has this been altered into a material? Please explain the size and material you wish to use. • The parking calculations came out to 26.75 (which will be rounded up to 27), plus the 3 for the residential portion of the home brings the total up to 30 parking spaces. Within those 30, please have 2 dedicated towards handicapped parking. KIBC 17.175.040 Table 1 states — "churches 1 per 4 seats, based on maximum seating capacity in the principal places of assembly" according to your Renovation plans submitted with the permit the architect states that the sanctuary and platform occupancy shows a total of 107. The Building Official agrees with that assessment. This is the number that Community Development is basing our parking requirement off. • There is a plat note made on the original plat stating, "structures on these lots which might effect water flow of the pond and stream on Lot D-1 must be designed, constructed operated and maintained to provide an amount of water in the stream channel downstream sufficient to continue to provide fish spawning and rearing habitat." I wanted to make sure that this does not get glossed over or forgotten. Since I have included the previous parking plan, please let me know if you will be amending that to show the new parking calculations, or if you would like to keep it as is. In answer to your questions we are planning on keeping the original parking lot plan. We are planning on installing a six foot high chainlink fence with privacy slates around the property.
