Kodiak Land Surveying has conducted the "KIB Landfill Progress Topographic Survey" starting since the original survey in 2003. We conducted this survey every two years per DEC permit in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2019. No Topographic Progress Survey has been conducted since that time. Kodiak Land Surveying, (Alaska Business License No. 279165.) is the oldest surveying company in Kodiak with 35+ years' surveying in Alaska and 24 years as a Kodiak Business. Schedule The prices outlined are dependent on winter season vegetation cover. Kodiak Land Surveying plans to complete the project by June 15tH Cost Proposal Provide all Labor, Materials to deliver: -Research contractor utility and construction as-builts to convert to Landfill Datum and include in AutoCAD deliverable for future management and construction design. -Topography of existing ground conditions, including break lines, sufficient for 2 -foot contour interval mapping and grid surface for quantity calculations. - Provide GPS RTK survey control points, - Construct, Horizontal and Vertical Control Survey Historical Landfill Control Datum. To be used for all future Construction, Management, Surveying and Design Tasks. -ASCII file with all topographic and control points. -Profile Cross -x -tions on Landfill baseline that show finish grades and current internment level. These profiles show wedge fill areas and are a key management tool for areas approaching closure grades within the original Landfill Cell. - Professional Surveyor Stamped Paper and AutoCAD digital copies of Topographic As -Built Survey. - Flag slope monitoring monuments for KIB clearing -Topography surveyed during this project of Asbestos Area, Stockpiles, and Active Landfill Area would be utilized to assist generating the 2023 management quantities and active area submittals. -2019 costs for this project - $19,850 2023 Proposed project cost Total = $19,850 Page 4 KIB Landfill Progress Topographic Survey 2023 This cost reflects less than comparable services for 2008, 2010, 2012 & 2019 Progress Surveys. All work would be done as per your specifications. This estimate represents maximum figures for the work listed within.
