EXECUTIVE SESSION Discussion Of Matters Involving Negotiations With the IBEW Recommended motion: Move to convene into executive session to discuss matters involving negotiations with the IBEW under the authority of KI BC 2.30.030(F) (1)(d) for the purpose of confidential communications with, and providing direction to, the Borough's representative regarding negotiations with the IBEW Assembly discussion. Page 1 of 2 ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION Recommended motion: Move to invite the Assembly, the Clerk, and Interim Borough Manager David Conrad into executive session. After the vote, Senior Assembly Member Arndt recesses the special meeting and convenes the executive session. Upon returning from the executive session, Senior Assembly Member Arndt reconvenes the special meeting and announces • No action is to be taken as a result of the executive session. Direction may be given to the Interim Manager to proceed with negotiations. -or- The Assembly may make a motion if necessary. The Assembly must state the motion and vote outside of executive session.
