The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Present were Alan Schmitt, Paul VanDyke, Kent Cross, Cort Neff and Linnea Johnson. VanDyke moved to grant a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached 724.40 sf ADU on Russian Creek Estates, Lot 106, commonly known as 12816 Noch Drive, and adopt the findings of fact for Case 23-009 listed in the staff report dated December 15, 2022.
