The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Present were Alan Schmitt, Paul VanDyke, Kent Cross, Linnea Johnson, Cort Neff, Christopher Paulson and Laura Griffin Call To Order Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call The above referenced Commissioner's were present. Chair to Close Public Hearing Commission discussion ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 7/0 K Capital Improvement Project, Planning and Zoning Resolution FY2023-001 Cross moves to adopt Resolution FY2023-001 VanDyke Seconds Motion VanDyke moves to amend motion to the P&Z's Work Session CIP List, for the CDD Suggested list, including items numbered 14 and 15, number 14 Paving Chiniak Highway for $42 Million and number 15 West Rezanof Drive Pedestrian for $5 Million. Cross Seconds amended motion. VanDyke moves to amend motion to move item number 12 Anton Larsen Bay Road Extension to Ice Free Water, to item number 15, moving the rest of list down. Neff Seconds Motion.
