Mill Bay Road of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting
was called to order at 7:55 p.m.
Present were Alan Schmitt, Paul VanDyke, Kent Cross, Linnea Johnson, Christopher
Paulson and Cort Neff.
