Assembly waws held on August 17, 2022, in the KIB Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill
Bay Road of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting
was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present were Alan Schmitt, Kent Cross, Paul VanDyke, Christopher Paulson, Linnea
Johnson, and Cort Neff.

1240 Mill Bay Road, from B -Business District to PL -Public Lands Use District, without
any limitations.
