Assembly waws held on May 18, 2022, in the Borough Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill
Bay Road of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting
was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present were Mr. Schmitt, Mr. Kenneson, Mr. Neff, Ms. Johnson, Mr. Cross and Mr.
Paulson.

Neff moves to approve the commercial communication tower conditional use permit for a
100ft tower to be installed at 894 Pillar Mtn. Rd with three conditions of approval.

Cross moves to approve a variance of 11 off street parking spaces to Kodiak Townsite

Kenneson thanks staff and the other Commissioners for gaining and
understanding of the role as a Commissioner and the information he has
learned over the years. Wishes Frank Maloney luck.
Schmitt also wishes Mr. Maloney luck on his endeavors. He expresses
his hope for both a new Community Development Director and Planner.
