Legacy LLC authorizes Chad McGraw CMcGraw0dawson.com of Dawson Construction, (360)312-6578 to
act as its representative for the construction of a 16-unit multi -housing complex at 110 Bartel Avenue,
Kodiak, Alaska. Mr. McGraw is authorized to represent Legacy LLC's interests regarding the zoning,
compliance, application and permitting process and land development processes associated with this
project.
Legacy LLC is an Alaska limited liability company wholly owned and whose sole member is Providence
Health & Services.
This authorization is effective this date and shall continue until the project concludes or until it is
