Regarding: Month-to-month extension of the Borough electrical services
We would like to respectfully request a negotiated amendment to the option of a
month-to-month contract extension.
Due to the latest union pay scale wage increase on April 11t 2022 and the additional
cost of fuel we would like to increase our hourly rate by a total of 15% on the
current negotiated rate starting July 11t, 2022. The material cost will remain at the
previously contracted percentage. The following is what we propose for the
following fiscal year.
Journeyman hourly rate $118.24
Apprentice hourly rate $95.08
We hope this labor adjustment will meet with the Borough's approval.
Sincerely,
