CALL TO ORDER
CHAIR FRIEND called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Board Members present were Chair Jerrol Friend, Vice Chair Jascha Zbitnoff, Jon Melin, Tyler
Swanson and Cliff Ford.
Also present were Matt Gandel, KIB Project Manager/Inspector, Martha Barnett, KIB Projects
Assistant and KIB Mayor Bill Roberts. Corey Wall of Jensen Yorba Wall and Chris Gianotti of PND
Engineers were present via Zoom.
A QUORUM WAS ESTABLISHED.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MELIN moved to approve the agenda.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
FORD moved to approve the minutes from July 7, 2020.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
REVIEW OF 65% DRAWINGS FOR PKIMC RETAINING WALL
Matt Gandel (KIB) introduced the project to the Board. Chris Gianotti (PND) and Corey Wall (JYW)
provided detailed information on each drawing sheet. Board discussion ensued.
The Board would like to see the drawings at 95% and the spec book with divisions.
MELIN moved to approve the 65% PKIMC Retaining Wall drawings with changes as noted.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
BOARD COMMENTS
Chair Friend informed the Board that member Rick Ryser will resign, a letter to the Clerks will be
forthcoming.
