Call to order: 5:40 pm
Commissioners Present: Jason Chandler, Dave Conrad, Greg Egle, Dave Neuman -Secre-
tary, John Isadore- Chair and Chris Windnagle.
Commissioners excused; Billy Ecret
Approval of the minutes by unanimous roll call vote for the Regular Meeting of August 4,
2020.
Citizen Comments: None
Contractor Comments : Kevin Arndt,
1. Did some crack sealing, brushing and sign maintenance. Crack sealing remains
on Mid. Bay Dr and S Russ Ck Rd.
Chairman's Report
1. Crack sealing to continue, approx 15k to date
2. Expended — 50k on BF Rd, 24k RAP and 25k labor.
Old Business
1. Fire Service
a. Brush Fire Truck; RFP being developed
b. Gear/shelving rack; RFP being developed
c. Shelter Supplies being researched, in progress.
2. Road Service
a. BF Rd RAP completed, several potholes however, need to be filled.
b. Some road signs need replacement.

to be checked for proper culvert installation.

1. CW; Brush pile by the dumpstrrs is growing with resident additions. 2 driveways
on Wm Bay Or havelblocked culverts, Aeedi sate Fea PN
2. JC; Potholes on S Russ Ck Rd need rework. Gara br Eroding from excessive rain-
fall cutting channel.
3. DC; Service District Contract will re -bid in FY 22. BF Rd RAP project finished
nicely.
4. GE; 4 wheelers and dirt bikes are an ongoing nuisance to residents, noise and
reckless driving are issues.
5. JI; BF RD came out well. Will be leaving the board at the next meeting, resigna-
tion to be submitted to Clerk.
Next Regular Meeting October 13, 2020. 5:30PM at the WBFD
