Citizens Board of Equalization Special Meeting
May 11, 2015
A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Citizens Board of Equalization was held on May 11,
2015, in the Borough Conference Room of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present were Mark Anderson, Paula Laird, Carrie Morton, John Parker, and Grant Shields. Staff
members present were Clerk Javier and Assistant Clerk Angela MacKenzie.
MORTON moved to excuse Board member Ed Mahoney who was absent due to personal leave.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MORTON moved to approve the agenda.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Regular meeting minutes of May 4, 2015.
MORTON moved to approve the minutes as submitted.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
ITEM OF BUSINESS
1. Certification of Actions to the Assessor
MORTON moved to certify the actions of the Board to the Assessor as presented in the submitted
May 4, 2015 minutes.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY: Anderson, Laird, Morton, Parker, and
Shields.
GENERAL COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
None.
ADJOURNMENT
MORTON moved to adjourn the meeting.
