REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

Commissioners Present: Dave Conrad, Billy Ecret, Dave Heuman-Secretary and Chris
Windnagle.
Commissioner Excused; Jason Chandler and John Isadore- Chair.
Approval of the minutes by unanimous roll call vote for the Regular Meeting of Dec 3,
2019.
Citizen Comments; Katie Heglin appreciates the snow removal efforts this winter, but
had an issue with an excessive berm blocking her vehicle left by the grader.
Contractor Comments ; Kevin Arndt,
1. 2 weeks of efforts on Novembers Storm repairs. Work in ditches, 4 fallen trees,
culvert clearing and washouts.
2. Completed stockpiling D1 for ice control this winter.
3. Did some grading, used concrete for fill on road edge at Sgt Ck/ Highway en-
trance, on the creek side at the habitual flood over spot.
Chairman's Report
1. Road Service budget remainder approx. 46% expended to date
2. Fire Hall budget remainder approx. - 26% expended to date
Old Business
1. Fire Service
a. 'Brush Fire Truck; BE developing specs for solicitation.
b. Research for gear/shelving racks continues
2. Road Service
a. 7th commissioner search for candidates continues
b. Work list review
New Business
1. Fire Department;
a. Budget 2021 due March 31, 2020
b. Truck needs Transmission Serviced, pending repair.

b. Snow berms need to be addressed, and removed.
Citizen Comments:
KH; KEA Transformers need flags to prevent damage in snow operations.
Board Member Comments
1. CW; Good job on snow removal for the most part.
2. DC; Budget planning coming up with KIB assembly on Jan. 22. Dave Heuman
and Dave Conrad will represent.
a. Important sanding areas; Kalsin Hill, Middle Bay Hill, Both Highway en-
trances, Mid. Bay/Salmonberry Tee, Noch Dr hill, Wins Bay hill, Fire
Hall.
3. DH; one complaint, but dealt with by contractor before he was even notified, it
was lower priority than main routes but not overlooked at all.
4. BE; good snow responses.
