Commissioners Present: Jason Chandler, Dave Conrad, Dave Heuman-Secretary, and
Chris Windnagle. Conrad chaired the meeting. - -
Commissioners Excused; Billy Ecret, John Isadore -Vice Chair and George Lee -Chair
Agenda approved as amended
Approval of the minutes by unanimous roll call vote for the Regular Meeting of June 4,
2019.
Citizen Comments: none present.
Contractor Comments : Kevin Arndt.
1. Some brushing and ditching last month
2. Pot holes on S Russ Ck infilled.
\Chairman's Report: Dave Conrad,
1. Outstanding Work Orders cancelled.
2. No budget update, waiting on invoices to close out 2019 budget.
1. Fire Service
a. E-draulic tools; procurement approved.
b. Brush Fire Truck; spec/rfp to be developed.
c. Dale Rice, Fire Chief, has submitted his resignation letter, pending ap-
pointment of a New Fire Chief.
d. Dave Conrad will be unable to assume duties of the Chief due to health
reasons.
2. Road Service
a. Pothole patching to continue under new work order, use asphalt for
longevity and not the lousy cold patch we've been using.

b. Fish Friendly Culvert; to begin in early August (near Chiniak Dr/Middle
Bay Dr area, beaver pond outfall creek going down to Lake Orbin). Will
use our stockpiled river rock material to infill the `stream bed'.

a. 5 new work orders issued.

2. 20-02 Ditching on BF rd; Hocums to Walls

4. 20-04 Crack Seal; NTE 1 Ok
5. 20-05 Brushing; priority intersections. NTE 5k
b. George Lee has resigned effective immediately for personal reasons.
Citizen Comments, none
1. DH; Met with Cy Hoen re: his turnoff into his store from S Russ. Ck. Discussion
among commissioners concluded that it is his responsibility to maintain his dri-
veway entrance. There is no ditch there, so a culvert is not appropriate.
2. DC; Will be unable to attend the August meeting. Will get magnet to assist Sgt.Ck
dumpster pad maintenance
3. CW; Ditching efforts appreciated.
