Gravel on ice poorly done or absent both before and after christmas in successive storms. 2. Frost heaves happening at Kalsin/Sgt Ck Rd intersection Contractor Comments ; none \Chairman's Report 1. Ditching and cross road culvert at 12702 Noch (Houck/Cox area) needs to contin- ue when weather allows. 2. Fire Hall North Lot almost complete, 2 `birdbaths' need addressing 3. Budget update; invoices for work are slow, either in submittal or approval, need to get current. Old Business 1. Fire Service a. Light fixtures need some different bulbs and one totally replaced for im- proved function on North side of building. b. Fire Hall and Community Center Rental Agreement pends action in next Calendar year c. Exterior bulletin board by Community room pends installation 2. Road Service a. Staging lot needs security cable. Drainage easement in progress for lot at 12640 Noch Dr (Arndt) to go from Noch to S Russ Ck Dr. may require driveway culvert along S Russ Ck Rd closer to river, to the south. New Business 1. Fire Service; a. EMS Supplies; motion passed NTE 5k for standardizing EMS supplies and packs/kits in line with CG and Bayside FD protocols, for similar plat- forms throughout. 2. Road Service; a. Gravel Stockpile; motion passed NTE l0k for stockpiling D1 gravel at the storage lot (10484 Mid Bay Dr) to be used for road Service needs, and to improve turnaround time for filling the gravel spreader trucks during ice control efforts. Will need security cable in place and loader staged as well. Citizen Comments; Katy Heglin 1. Piling in culvert ditch at 11476 Kai sin (Blondin/Thompson) still not removed. Board Member Comments 1. CW; during the Christmas Ice Storm there was no response to calls from commis- sioners for gravel so it was impossible to know what the plan was. 2. DC; Christmas Ice Storm was extremely poorly handled. The Contractor only had 1 employee available, and the Chair was not communicating with the Board. A letter for Lack of Performance should be generated. 3. BE; Christmas Ice Storm response put community at risk as the Fire Equipment was unable to mobilize due to extreme ice conditions. 4. DH; Time to elect officers at the February meeting, and to work on the FY 20 Budget process.
