REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
Date: Nov. 6, 2018
Call to order: 7:04 pm
Commissioners Present: Jason Chandler, Dave Conrad, Billy Ecret, Dave Heuman-
Secretary, John Isadore -Vice Chair, George Lee -Chair, and Chris Windnagle.

\Chairman's Report
1. Crack sealing done for season
2. Rcvd 2 complaints, but not within SAB jurisdiction
a. 2 instances of flooding, both far from any of the SAB roads
3. User conflicts at the Orbin/Mid Bay Dr. intersection and the yield sign; folks are
stopping in roadway at dangerous places, and the School bus is stopping in the in-
tersection, at the bottom of the hill, which may lead to perilous situations once
winter weather and ice come into play this season.
Old Business
1. Fire Service
a. Emergency Gen. Switch done, but emergency lighting still in progress,
pends different fixtures for brighter effective lighting and area coverage.
b. New air compressor being installed in Truck bay for stand-by pressuriza-
tion.
c. Fire Hall and Community Center Rental Agreement pends action in next
Calendar year
d. N Parking Lot Punchlist in progress
e. Exterior Bulletin Board rcvd, to be installed soon.
2. Road Service

a. Pothole patching almost done for season, need some additional near the
dry hydrant on Sgt Ck Rd.
b. FY 19 work list updated with findings from the summer drive around as-
sessment done in July, finally.
c. Staging lot ditching to continue.
d. Mid. Bay Fish friendly culvert project is moving forward on Fed? Level,
SAB is committed to 20k expenditure for the project.
a. Log Yard/Sgt Ck Rd entrance flooding is on the KIB CIP Project list now,
and the State DOT is also looking at working towards a resolution, but this
is dependent upon State funding at Legislature. The USCG, one of the
property owners, will allow permitting for a solution, working with State
and/or KIB
