Mr. Gary Spreng, Design Labs Inc., presented optional methods of providing
handicapped access to the front entrance and future patio area. A concept
including extending the ramp along the Rip -Rap area was selected. All
persons in attendance concurred in this proposal.
Dr. Coin discussed the possibility of locating a condominium type medical
offices building on the site. It was agreed that this should be considered
in the study to be accomplished by CTA Architects.
A suitable storage facility was discussed with many proposals being made.
Subsequent investigations, including a discussion by ARB members following
the departure of the Hospital Board members, realistically limit our options
to either a free standing metal building or ATCO type relocatable building.
Will Walton has determined that 25 foot side setback is appropriate.
Gary Spreng requested comments concerning the project to insulate and side
the Borough Building. The consensus was that it would be a wood type siding
with special treatment of the -window areas. Proposals will be furnished for
comments prior to finalizing design.
The Board approved the revised A $ E Selection and Professional Engineering
Services Contract Administration Procedures for School Facilities for sub-
mittal to the Borough Assembly.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
