2016-12-20 Regular MeetingCall to Order 7:15 pm Roll Call Tom Lance, Andrew Dano, Randy Spivey, Summer Blain in attendance Three other MBRSA residents were in attendance Open Forum Jody Spivey request sanding around mail boxes Approval of Agenda Motion by R Spivey SEC A Dano motion approved Approval of Minutes from August 03 2016 Regular Meeting Motion to approve minutes Motion by R Spivey Sec By A Dano motion approved Reports • Patty Hendrix has agreed to have a streetlight installed on her KEA account to overlook pond area. • T Lance met Forrest Gould at his property joining MBRSA cuklesac at 2267 Forest Drive to discuss potential for him to build driveway into culdesac. Advised that he needs permission form from Community Development then we sign it, with agreement that he buys and installs new culvert to KIB code standards and specifications, and we maintain it thereafter. Forrest has not decided what to do. Adjacent landowner (Andy Schroeder) is cooperating with Forrest and MBRSA. Unfinished Business none New Business Nominations for officers Tom Lance made motion for Andy Dano as chair second by Summer, motion pass. Andy made motion for Randy Spivey as vice chair second by Tom, motion pass. Andy made motion for Summer as secretary second by Tom, motion pass. Board Comments * Discussion on regular meeting cycle, with it being the second Wed of second month of each quarter (Feb, May, Aug, and Nov) was agreed to by all members. * Tom Lance floated idea to address the Road Service Area Boards, on their thoughts about consolidation ... and inclusion of any unserved roads. * Tom Lance and the board were sorry to hear about Jeremiah Olsen withdrawing from filling our last vacant Board seat .... maybe next year.
