DOES NOT INSURE and will accept NO LIABILITY for loss or damage to Renter's Goods/ Recreational Vehicle. Alagnak, Inc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT THE RENTER OBTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE for Goods to be stored / on the property. ! initial 2) RENTER'S OBLIGATIONS a. Renter shall NOT store dangerous, noxious, filthy, offensive, explosive or highly Flammable materials on the property and shall be responsible for any environmental damage that may be occasioned by their stored items and/or vehicle. b. Renter represents and warrants that he is in lawful possession of all goods stored on the property. c. Renter shall be legally responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by any person brought onto the premises by the Renter, or visiting the stored items with the Renter's permission. d. Renter agrees to keep area neat, clean and free from litter or debris. e. Renter shall not carry any business out of the rented space, and shall not use the stored space for any unlawful purposes. f. Prior to termination of this Agreement, Renter shall remove all goods and any litter from the space. Renter shall, at his/her sole cost and expense, make good any damage caused to the property resulting from the storage or removal of goods from the property. g. Renter shall advise Alagnak, Inc. of any charges in Renter's mailing address and phone number. initial 3) SALE OF RENTER'S GOODS IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT a. If Alagnak, Inc. has not received payment of the monthly charge for any Monthly Terms on or before the Due Date, then the Renter will be considered to be in default until such time as Alagnak, Inc. has received payment of all outstanding monthly charges. b. When Renter is in default, Alagnak, Inc. may secure the stored items and Renter shall not be entitled access to the property and shall not remove the stored items while the Renter is in default. c. Renter agrees that if the Renter is in default, that Alagnak, Inc. may sell the goods or vehicles on the property according to Alaska State Law. initial 4) GENERAL a. Renter shall not assign the benefit of this Agreement without first obtaining the consent in writing of Alagnak, Inc. b. Renter may not perform any repairs or maintenance to the stored items, or vehicle, without prior written consent from Alagnak, Inc. Alagnak, Inc. will not knowingly release any property to any other person/corporation than those listed on the Rental Agreement. c. Alagnak, Inc. its employees or agents, may enter the stored area for purposes necessary maintenance, or in case of emergency, fire, etc. Where feasible, advance notice of such entry will be given to Renter. d.
