9 REPEALING SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. FY2007 -09 AUTHORIZING AN
10 AMENDMENT TO THE BOROUGH'S PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC
11 EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PERS) OF ALASKA AND TO CHANGE THE
12 BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES TO EXCLUDE PARTICIPATION OF ELECTED
13 OFFICIALS

15 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. FY2007 -09 was adopt d by the Kodiak Island Assembly on
16 October 5, 2006; and

18 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. FY2007 -09 all2„ • sittings rssembly members to continue
