18 BOROUGH REAL PROPERTY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF
ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 18.20.060 APPLICAT IONS
WHEREAS, Section 18.20.060(a) Applications provides that only applications completed
in full and accompanied by a non - refundable fifty (50) dollar filing fee will be accepted;
and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly shall, by resolution, establish a new fee
schedule prior to the end of the fiscal year.
WHEREAS, the 2000 fee schedule reflected the fee for Land Disposal Applications to
be two hundred (200) dollars; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a part
of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: Section 18.20.060(a) Applications of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances is amended as follows:
18.20.060 Applications.
A. Application for a disposal of borough land under this title shall be filed with the
community development department. Only applications completed in full and accompanied by a non-
refundable fifty (50) tIollftr filing fee as set forth in the current fiscal year Schedule of Fees and
Charges will be accepted.
