KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001 -04 <br />Introduced by: <br />Requested by: <br />Drafted by: <br />Introduced: <br />Public Hearing: <br />Adopted: <br />Manager Jensen <br />Planning and Zoning <br />Commission <br />Community Development <br />Department <br />2/15/2001 <br />03/01/2001 <br />03/01/2001 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING <br />LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 AND LOT 16, U.S. SURVEY 3233 FROM RR1 -RURAL <br />RESIDENTIAL ONE TO R3 -MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL; AND OF LOTS 25A, 25B, <br />25C, 25D, 26, 27, AND 28, U.S. SURVEY 3099 FROM R1- SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL TO R3 -MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(LOCATED AT 2716, 2732, 2756, 2785, 2820 SPRUCE CAPE ROAD; 761A AND 771 JACKSON LANE) <br />WHEREAS, the owner, Jackson's Mobile Home Park, Inc., has requested these lots be <br />rezoned From RR1 -Rural Residential One and R1- Single Family Residential To R3 -Multi <br />Family Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission held a public <br />hearing on this rezone request at their January 17, 2001 regular meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, upon consideration of the request, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and <br />Zoning Commission has recommended that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly approve <br />the rezoning of Lots 1 through 6 and Lot 16, U.S. Survey 3233 from RR1 -Rural Residential <br />One to R3 -Multi Family Residential; and of Lots 25A, 25B, 25C, 25D, 26, 27, and 28, U.S. <br />Survey 3099 from R1- Single Family Residential to R3 -Multi Family Residential; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND <br />BOROUGH THAT: <br />Section 1: This ordinance is not of general application and shall not be codified. <br />Section 2: Lots 1 through 6 and Lot 16, U.S. Survey 3233 are hereby rezoned from <br />RR1 -Rural Residential One to R3 -Multi Family Residential; and Lots 25A, <br />25B, 25C, 25D, 26, 27, and 28, U.S. Survey 3099 are hereby rezoned from <br />R1- Single Family Residential to R3 -Multi Family Residential. <br />Section 3: The findings of the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission <br />are hereby confirmed as follows: <br />Kodiak Island Borough Ordinance No. 2001 -04 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
