ORDINANCE NUMBER 69 -2 -0
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CENTRALIZED TREASURY
WHEREAS, AS Section 17.15.330(b) empowers the Borough
to enact an ordinance providing for a centralized treasury
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembly
of the Kodiak Island Borough that all school money hereafter shall
be deposited in a centralized treasury with all other Borough mone
That the Borough Chairman shall have the custody of,
invest, and manage all money in the centralized treasury.
That notice of this ordinance be given by publication
in the Kodiak Mirror seven (7) days prior to the second reading of
this Ordinance and that a public hearing be held thereon on the
date of the second reading of this Ordinance and that this Ordinance
shall become effective at the expiration of thirty (30) days after
its adoption.
First Reading & Approval Date: January 16, 1969
Second Reading, Public Hearing & Passage Date: February 6, 1969
Effective Date: March 6, 1969
