ORDINANCE NUMBER 68 -2 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, KODIAK, ALAS
PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL SCHOOL BUDGET FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH SCHOOL DISTRICT AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly of
the Kodiak Island Borough as follows:
Section 1: Whereas, the Kodiak Island Borough School
Board has requested that the budget for the Kodiak Island Borough
school district be amended to include the following changes and
additions:
FIRST, Additional Receipts:
(1) Local Source $ 13,000
(Income from operation of a trailer court
on land designated as school site)
(2) Local Source $ 193,000
(Receipts from sale of the Down Town School
Site to the Alaska State Housing Authority)
TOTAL
$ 206,000
SECOND, Additional Expenditures:
(1) XII. CAPITAL OUTLAY
1210.3 Sites
(2) XIX. INTERFUND TRANSFERS
1940.1 Transfers from other funds - - -$ 193,000
(To record establishment of the East
Elementary Building Fund)
Section 2: The Kodiak Island Borough Budget for the
fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of July, 1967, and ending on
the 30th day of June, 1968, is hereby amended and the Kodiak Island
Borough School District Budget is hereby supplemented to reflect
any additional receipts and additional expenditures as set forth in
Section 1 hereof.

Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from And after its passage and approval as required by law
