AN ORDINANCE REZONING KILARNEY HILLS SUBDIVISION OF PAR`1
OF TRACT R, USS 3218 FROM INDUSTRIAL AND UNCLASSIFIED TO R -2.
WHEREAS, AS 07.15.340 empowers the Borough to enact a
zoning ordinance and provides for its administration, enforcement

II by the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 13,
1967, and said

reclassification has been recommended to the Assembly
Assembly being fully advised in the premises and believing
it to
be in the best interest of good planning and proper zoning pro-
cedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembly
of the Kodiak Island Borough that Kilarney Hills Subdivision oand
part of Tract R of U.S. Survey 3218 now classified Industrial
Unclassified be and the same is hereby reclassified as R -2 and
that notice of this Ordinance be given in the Kodiak Mirror seven
(7) days prior to the second reading of this Ordinance and that
public hearing be held thereon on the date of the second reading
