BLOCK TWO (2) OF THE LEITE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF KODIAK FROM
-1 TO BUSINESS.
WHEREAS, AS 07.15.340 empowered the BOROUGH to enact a
Zonin• Ordinance and provided for its administration, enforcement

by the Planning and Zoning Commission t KODIAK •LAND BOROUGH
on the 28th day of June, 1967.
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembl of the
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH that Lots One (1) and Twen 20) Bloc • Two
(2) Leite Addition, City of Kodiak, be and same re hereby

eclassified as Business and that notice of this Ordinance be given
-Itdiak Mirror seven (7) days prior to the second reading
f Ordinance and that public hearing be held thereon on the
!date of he second reading and the publication of this Ordinance be
made by po ting copies hereof on the Borough Assembly bulletin board;
for a period •f ten (10) days following its passage and approval,
land publishing - resume hereof in the Kodiak Mirror together with
la notice of publi hearing thereon and mailing a copy of the same
